with swells year-round, smaller waves for beginners and over-head barrels for pros!
Gero, our Just walk north of Pranamar for 5 minutes and you will be right there at one of the
best surf spots in this area. There are also many other surf spots around town if you wish to
explore and we would love to show where. If you wish to take a surf lesson or rent a board to
try on your own, please let us know and the front desk will work out all the details.

HORSE BACK RIDING
This is a tour for nature lovers! With its unique combination of climate and geographical location, Cabo Blanco ranks among the most beautiful nature reserves in the country. During this hike, you will witness how a land once dedicated to cattle and agriculture can regenerate into its original forest.
Choose from a short walk of 2 hours or the long trail of 5.5hours, those willing to do the long trail get ready for some physical challenge and rewarding views. Our local guide will take you through the Park: this was the first protected area in Costa Rica and thus one of the most important ones, proving that nature will always find its way through. This park has a variety of species characteristic of the dry forest and tropical rain forest, giving the visitors the opportunity of finding many birds, mammals, reptiles, trees and plants from both ecosystems. This tour is very rich in naturalist content.
The park is closed Mondays & Tuesdays – booking a day or two in advance is recommended.

MEDITATIVE JOURNEY THROUGH MOVEMENT
Come learn and enjoy the fastest growing Water Sport in the world. SUP, or "Stand Up Paddle
Boarding" is very enjoyable, relaxing and is a great "All Body Workout.” It's not difficult to learn,
and any one of any skill level can give it a try. You will learn all the fundamentals and techniques
involved in Paddle Boarding, and also everything you need to know about the equipment. We
will paddle down towards the famous “Cabo Blanco Reserve” where you will get a wonderful
perspective of the Reserve from the water, with amazing views. The tour lasts just over an hour
in the water. The best times to enjoy this Paddle Board tour is either in the morning between
7:00 and 9:00 am or in the late afternoon between 3:30 and 4:30 pm.

The tour to Tortuga Island, in the Gulf of Nicoya, it’s a one day & all-inclusive activity.
The boat departs from Montezuma beach every day at 9am and travels along the beautiful coast for 50 minutes approximately. During this time, you might be able to watch dolphins, manta rays and turtles. Upon arrival in the paradisiacal island, 2 snorkeling dives are included in 2 different spots (scuba diving available too). After snorkeling, you will be taken to the wonderful white sand beach of Tortuga where lunch will be ready. Fish, chicken and vegetarian options are available. You will have time to rest on the beach and swim in the quiet turquoise waters... Drinks and fruits are included thought the day.

SNORKEL & DIVE
Your visit to Costa Rica is not complete without a visit to Montezuma. This small town offers visitor many activities and diverse, beautiful natural surroundings to enjoy. On this half‐day tour, you will experience a great combination of activities. First you will face the challenge of swinging from one tree to another on one of the most beautiful zip lines in the country, enjoy the view of the landscape from a unique perspective on top of the amazing trees in the forest. Then take a ride on your ATV through the mountains on dirt roads, reaching the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula where you will discover empty white sand beaches and the village of Montezuma. Here you will take a short hike to the amazing waterfalls where you can take a refreshing swim in the natural pools and then enjoy a typical Costa Rican lunch in one of the best local restaurants of the area. In the town of Montezuma, you will also find many souvenirs from local artisans.
